Hello Loyalton Elementary Families,
This is Mrs. Armstrong and I am excited to be your new principal. We will welcome all students back for the first day of school on Wednesday, August 21; exactly 3 weeks from today! If your child will need to ride any of our three bus routes this school year, please call 530-993-1660 ext.152 by Friday, August 9th and leave a message with the following information:
- Your child’s or children’s names
- The Bus Route (Calpine, Sierra Brooks, or Chilcoot/Vinton)
- And a contact phone number
An Example of a message is: "Please add my daughter Shelley Smith to the Calpine bus route, my phone number is 555-555-5555."
We would like to make you aware that due to limited space, all students must be on our list to ride the bus. If the routes are full, we will have a waiting list and use a lottery system to make selections.
All bus schedules will be posted on our Facebook pages and website as we get closer to the start of school.
